This is a relaxed tasting designed for socialising whilst being guided by a sommelier who will pop in and out of the group to ensure the wine and banter is flowing.

Embark on a journey into the science of wine at our London wine bar, where grapes are dissected and wines tasted to better understand how wine works, using science!
This wine tasting assists your group in understanding how climate affects our wine, using first principals to make informed wine decisions and even make a blind tasting assumption on where wines are from. Bring your notepads and pens and get ready for some serious learning.
Tasters will also recieve a copy of the industry altering science of wine book 'The Cynic's Guide to Wine' for further reading.
